Daily Outland Quests

A recent WoW Gold farming guide posted here described how within an hour you could make over 100gold by finishing the daily quests on the Isle of Quel’Danas. These only take up 10 of your daily allowance of 25 quests, so there is still more opportunities of making easy WoW gold.

Combined with the 10 quests mentioned in the previous post these link up well as some of them start and finish on the Isle of Quel’Danas. They unfortunately do require you to travel a bit but after some planning I’m sure you can come up with a route to reduce this.

Most of these quests give a Shattered Sun Supplies as a reward as well as gold. These contain green item’s mainly that often vendor for some nice gold amounts or can be disenchanted for the materials to be sold on the auction house. Sometimes the supply crate may have a Badge of Justice, collected and traded for some nice gems these can make around 300-500gold depending on server and gem.

Did you know it costs nothing to put enchanting materials on the Auction House? I didn’t until I read the Ultimate WoW Guide.

• Ata’mal Armaments This starts on the Isle of Quel’Danas and requires you to collect 5 Cleansed Ata’mal Metal from the Ata’mal Terrace in eastern Shadowmoon Valley. Reward - Blessed Weapon Coating or Righteous Weapon Coating 18g 28s

• Maintaining the Sunwell Portal This starts in Shattrath City and requires you to get 10 Smuggled Mana Cells from the ethereals on Bashir’s Landing. You need to farm a device first that lets you see the enthrals but its all in the same area. Reward - Shattered Sun Supplies 10g 10s

• Sunfury Attack Plans Note This starts in Shattrath City  and sends you to collect the Attack Plans from the Blood Elves in Netherstorm. These plans have a poor drop rate and Netherstorm is a bit out the way so think carefully if this one is worth the effort. Reward - Shattered Sun Supplies 10g 10s

• The Multiphase Survey Starts in Shattrath City and sends you to the Oshu’gun area of Nagrand to find some fire globe and take some readings. This is a very fast and easy quest, just remember to put the googles on when you reach the spirit fields Reward - Shattered Sun Supplies 10g 10s

• Gaining the Advantage Starts and finishes on the Isle of Quel’Danas and requires you to collect 8 Nether Residue. This is completed quicker if you have a gathering profession like skinning, herbalism, or mining. If not you may have this quest for a while because the drop rate is very poor. Reward - Major Rejuvenation Potion 16g 39s

• Rediscovering Your Roots Starts and ends on the Isle of Quel’Danas this quest sends you to the Razorthorn Rise in southwestern Hellfire Peninsula. At bit out the way, Razorthorn Rise is the area only reachable by flying mount. If combined with the two quests below it’s worth doing. Reward - Shattered Sun Supplies 13g 88s

• Blast the Gateway Starts and ends at the Throne of Kil’jaeden in northeastern Hellfire Peninsula. You must kill the large fire elemental’s to charge your flame then take it to the transporter. Very easy quest. Reward - Shattered Sun Supplies 10g 10s

• Blood for Blood Starts and ends at the Throne of Kil’jaeden in Hellfire Peninsula as well. You need to kill the large demons in the area to get the fell blood that you use on the Emaciated Felbloods before you fight them. Rewards - 5x Mark of Sargeras or 5x Sunfury Signet 11g 99s

So, that’s another eight to add to your daily allowance of 25 quests. Take the 10 mentioned in the post about the Sunwell and add the 100gold 94silver from these quests and you could easily be making more than 200gold in less than 2 hours WoW gold farming.
